TNTET Notification 2022-Overview:
The Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board organizes the Teachers Eligibility Test every year in Tamil Nadu State. They organize two papers for Primary and Upper Primary posts.
Candidates qualifying for Paper 1 will be eligible for Teacher posts from Class 1 to Class 5. While Paper 2 Qualified Candidates will be eligible for Class 6 to Class 8. The Online Process for TNTET 2022 will start from 14th March to 13th April 2022.

TNTET Age Limit, Educational Qualification, Fee Details
Before making the decision to apply for Tamilnadu Teacher Eligibility Test 2022, you should read the details of the Tamil Nadu TET Notification 2022:
For Primary Teacher Posts: Higher Secondary with at least 50% or 45% marks and 2-year diploma in Education or Elementary Education or 4-year B.El.Ed.
For Upper Primary Teacher Posts: Graduation with 50% or 45% marks with a 2-year diploma in Elementary Education, B.Ed, B.El.Ed or Higher Secondary with 4-year B.El.Ed, or 4-year B.Ed.
The minimum age limit for TNTET is 18 years and there is no upper age limit to apply for Tamil Nadu TET 2022.
The application fee can be paid via online mode only. The application fee for all categories is mentioned below:
- General Category Candidates: Rs. 500
- SC, SCA, ST, and Person with Disability Candidates: Rs. 250
Applicants, who wish to appear for Both Papers i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2, should pay separately for both exams.

- On the home page, click the link Apply Online for TNTET 2022.
- Complete the registration process first and generate TN TET Registration id and password.
- After that, fill out the complete TN TET Application Form 2022. Upload the required documents.
- In the end, submit the TNTET Online Form and take a printout of this form for future reference.
