We are advising all applicants of SSC CHSL to start preparing for the exam right after filling out the application form. Don’t waste a single minute. Just note download the SSC CHSL Syllabus and Exam Pattern through this page. Prepare for all stages of the selection process side by side i.e. Objective Test, Descriptive Test, and Typing Test. SSC CHSL Exam Pattern 2022 Tier 1, Tier II, and Tier III
Here, we will tell you about the exam pattern prescribed by SSC CHSL 2022 for all tier exams. When you will prepare for the exam as per the SSC CHSL Exam Pattern 2022, there are high chances of qualifying for the exam.
The duration of this exam will be 60 minutes. As this is an objective-type test, Objective type questions will be asked in the exam with four options. Each question will carry two marks and a penalty of 0.5 marks for wrong answers. 25 questions will be asked from each topic. Questions will be asked from the following topics: General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and General English.
Candidates qualifying in Tier I will be eligible for the descriptive test. The duration of this test is 60 minutes. For 100 marks, you will have to write an essay on the topic provided in the questions paper within 200-250 words and a letter or Application writing for 150-200 words.
Candidates will be selected for the Typing Test based on the score obtained in Tier I and Tier II. You will have to score at least 33% marks on the descriptive test also. Typing Test is of qualifying type test. Candidates can choose the language of typing test i.e. Hindi or English while filling out the SSC CHSL Application Form. For qualifying in the typing test, you should have a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute in English and 30 words per minute in English.
